Watch for the Creepy Bear

So yeah, don’t let the stuffed bear fool you. She’s a little creepy but I had to figure out a way to sneak her into this week’s video. She’s just too cool not to.

I’ve gone back and forth between being vigilant about my discipline with food and being lazy. I think it all evened out in the end.

I’ve been in a good mood even though I found a WHITE hair yesterday. Not grey, like it could be. But white. Yes, like Casper, or my legs in December. White.

That has nothing to do with the video.

And the bear has nothing to do with my eating habits.

With that….

your jacket looks star-trek-esque. i’m just sayin.

and i totally relate with the knowing-what-to-do-yet-lacking-the-discipline-to-do-it-ness. GAH!

    keep on keeping on!

the bear – a little creepy but i think i am going to have that song in my head all.day.long.

i am right there with you with the vigilant/lax issue with food. i seem to be like a roller coaster – good, bad, good, bad. i need to be having many more good days. its been too easy to “slip” and as i get older those “slip ups” are harder to lose.

keep it up! you are an encouragement to me and i enjoy your videos each week. YOU CAN DO IT!

Totally understand the white thing…the second baby…now 8 months old brought them out! Hormones? no grey…WHITE
Luckily the hair appointment is tomorrow!

My mother gave me one of those for Christmas last year. She was so excited. It is buried in the back of my closet. It is just way to creepy and annoying.

Okay, so the harmonies on the bear are rather nice.

    Wha?

it sounds like you are struggling with yourself. so my question to you is, do you focus on what you have accomplished or your failures? From your video it sounds like you 3 ‘good days’ so maybe the goal for next week is to accomplish the same or add an additional day. =) Sometimes incremental change keeps us motivated. I’m praying for you.

As for the bear…this singing is nice…but the “dancing”…yep, creepy! Gotta love those neighbors! :)

Your journey is still evolving. I think you’re doin’ awesome!

    Vigilance vs. laxity. Yeah. Totally.
And the bear is super creepy. It makes me want to watch Love Actually again.
Let’s find another time to get together, my sweet friend. I !always! love the time I spend with you.
    And I LOVE you!

Is it weird that I like the bear? It reminds me of the movie LOVE ACTUALLY and the old man that sings in the beginning.
