Wii are Wii newbies.
But we thought it would be fun to compete against each other to see who could get Wii-Fitter in 2009. So for the next month we will be posting weekly videos about our progress.
Yes, my husband agreed to do this with me. Actually it was his idea.
So watch us reduce our BMI scores and increase our flexibility and balance. Watch some healthy competetion between spouses. And watch us go to physical therapy because we’ve thrown out our backs.

Second of all…good for you guys! I know you’ve been on this weight loss journey for the last part of 2008 Sarah. I think the Wii Fit is an exciting way to “jazz” up the routine. We’ve considered getting the Wii fit, but we haven’t …wanna know why?…I don’t want my 12 year old son to get in program and see my weight or BMI. I know…I’m a dork. Can others see your personal info once you enter it into your profile on Wii fit?????
