No Agenda

We went to the nature center today.

Because it’s free. And there was nobody there except a few lizards and some birds today on a February morning. We heard the bullfrogs but didn’t see any.

Time spent with my littlest one collecting acorns, sticks and holding hands. We weren’t in a rush and we had no agenda.

I needed that. I think she did too.

What’s on your agenda for the weekend?

every minute is filled…this one is particularly busy…and i dislike it very much.

Baking cookies today for the Teen Challenge guys who come to our church. It’s an annual thing our church does…milk and cookies for TC. The guys really appreciate the home made goodies.

After I’m done baking, I’ll probably be spending time at my scrapbooking table.

I had lots of things to do around the house but mostly tried to stay unconnected, which means no technology.

    Tomorrow, I resume the Twitter.

Reminds me of when we got in the car and headed North. Wandering to a Castle. Taking pics of colored leaves.
Throwing half-rotten apples as far as we could! Then the coastal town and what would we eat for lunch?
I think we were wandering that day, too….

Which nature trail was this, Sarah? Reminds me of the El Dorado nature trail my mom used to take us to, and reminds me that Addie is at the age she would enjoy it so much. (Maybe we could venture a nature walk together and let our girls run around?!) We had a full but fun weekend with a few events and some time at home to catch up. I’m looking forward to next weekend with no plans and no agenda!! :)
